La traducción de esta palabra es “entre” y lo que algunos no saben es que existe otra palabra con una traducción igual que es la palabra “Among” En esta publicación veremos el significado, usos y diferencias entre ambas palabras.

BETWEEN y AMONG 

Between is used when you are comparing or referring to two people or things. Among is used for three or more.

For example:

  • Please keep the secret just between you and me.
  • He had a good time at the reunion because he was among friends.

En general, between se usa para comparar 2 cosas o personas. Solo 2. Por otro lado among se usa para comparar o referirse a mas de 2 como en el ejemplo friends (amigos).
