El Present Perfect Tense

Si no sabes como usar el PRESENT PERFECT TENSE, les sugiero la siguiente lección:

Las frases del Present Perfect simple ‘have gone to’ and ‘have been to’ se utilizan comúnmente para referirse al movimiento. Hay diferencias de estas dos formas al hablar y es un error muy común hacer la simple traducción de “Have you been” a “Has estado” o “Have you gone” a “Has ido”. Note las diferencias en los ejemplos siguientes.

Have gone to vs. Have been to

  • has/have gone to se refiere a alguien que ha ido a un lugar pero que aún no ha regresado.

Examples: He’s gone to the bank. He should be back soon. Where has Tom gone?

Entonces la persona aún esta en el banco. No ha regresado.

  • has/have been to … refers to a place which someone has visited sometime in his life. In other words, “has been to” refers to an experience.Examples:He’s been to London many times. I’ve been to Disneyland twice.
